The demand for animal fat in the country has been decreasing annually since 2017, with a 2.9% drop. In 2021, Venezuela ranked 72nd in terms of animal fat consumption. Bulgaria was ahead with 22 thousand metric tons, while the United States, Germany and France took the second, third, and fourth spots respectively.
