Guyanese consumption of oilseeds is on the rise, with an expected growth rate of 0.2% year on year up to 2026. In 2021, the country ranked 91st, behind New Zealand's 26 Thousand Metric Tons. India, Indonesia and Brazil came in second, third and fourth respectively. At the same time, Guyanese oilseeds production is also growing, with a 2.2% year on year average rate up to 2026. In 2021, the country came in 119th, with Kiribati being the leader with 17,590 Metric Tons. Brazil, the United States and Malaysia ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
