Meanwhile, Portuguese oilseed production is projected to rise to 271,760 metric tons in 2026, an average growth of 2.8% year on year since 1966. Portugal currently holds the 66th spot, behind Niger. Brazil, the United States and Malaysia are the top three producers in this ranking.
