According to projections, by 2026, 23.7 million kilograms will have been consumed worldwide, compared to 23.4 million kilograms in 2020. That's an increase of 0.2% per year on average. Over the same period, demand for jam is estimated to grow at a slightly faster rate of 0.4% per annum. Germany, Spain and Poland make up the top four largest jam-consuming countries, ranked in that order.
