Taiwan's sorghum production dropped significantly in 2021. At 394 metric tons, it was down 63% from 1,060 metric tons in 2020. Since 1966, it has decreased by 24.3% year-on-year. Tunisia overtook Taiwan in 2021, producing 394 metric tons, followed by Nigeria, Ethiopia and Mexico respectively.
