Kyrgyzstan's pulses production is set to increase significantly by 2026. According to the latest figures, it's expected to reach 370,000 metric tons from 295,000 metric tons in 2021, representing a 3.8% growth year-on-year. Since 1997, Kyrgyzstan's pulses production has steadily increased by 8.9% year-on-year. In 2021, it ranked 45th in the world, behind Morocco (295,000 metric tons). Myanmar, Canada and China ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
