Finland is on track to produce 84,160 metric tons of pulses by 2026, according to recent figures. This is an increase of 4.5% each year from the 64,490 metric tons produced in 2021. Since 1966, Finnish pulses production has grown by an average of 20.8% each year. The country was ranked 83rd in 2021, with Japan overtaking to reach the top spot at 64,490 metric tons. Myanmar, Canada and China followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
