Saudi Arabia's import and export of vitamins both dropped significantly in 2021. Imports sank 80.7%, from 549,490 kilograms in 2020 to 106,030 kilograms in 2021. Meanwhile, exports dropped 12.9% from 478,190 kilograms in 2021 to 215,990 kilograms. Looking back to 1996, imports fell 37.3% year on year, and exports decreased 19.1% over the same period. In 2021, Saudi Arabia ranked 40th in terms of vitamins imports, with Portugal leading the way at 478,190 kilograms. Germany, India and the United States were ranked second, third and fourth, respectively.
