Azerbaijan's vitamin imports are set to surge in the years to come. By 2026, imports are expected to reach 720,460 kilograms, an increase of 4.1% each year on average from the 2021 figure of 557,330 kilograms. Since 2001, demand for vitamins in Azerbaijan has grown by 24.8% annually. Supply has gone up 28.1% each year since 2002. In 2019, Azerbaijan was ranked 79th in the world for vitamin imports, behind Uganda with 2,260 kilograms. Germany, India and the United States were the top three importers, respectively.
