Hungarian tea consumption is set to reach 2,400 metric tons by 2026. This represents an average year-on-year growth rate of 2.7%, following a period of relative stability since 2017. In 2021, Hungary ranked 67th in global tea consumption, with Portugal overtaking them with 2,000 metric tons. India, Brazil and Argentina were the top three, respectively.
