Iran's bus imports dropped 7.2% in 2021, reaching $9.7 million. This is in comparison to the $10.5 million imported in 2020. Demand for buses in Iran has fallen 13% since 2002. Iran's bus exports, however, saw a huge spike in 2021. Close to $406,000 worth of buses were exported, up 39.9% from the $290,000 exported in 2016. Despite this recent surge, Iranian bus exports have been declining 41.7% since 2002.
