Leading the global rankings were the United States, Germany, and France, occupying the second, third, and fourth spots, respectively. On the import front, projections indicate that Maltese truck imports will climb modestly to nearly $14.8 million by 2028, up from $14.3 million in 2023. This equates to an average annual growth rate of 0.6%. Since 1999, Maltese demand for trucks has increased steadily by 2.6% each year.
