Norwegian commercial vehicle registrations are set to reach around 259,000 units by 2026, representing an annual growth rate of 4.8% since 2021. This is a considerable increase from 2010, when the market was just 36.8% of its 2021 size. Japan was the largest market in 2021, with 207,810 units, followed by Mexico, Argentina and Australia respectively. Meanwhile, diesel truck sales are expected to reach $464 million by 2026, showing a year on year growth rate of 0.9%. This is slightly lower than the rate seen in 2020, when demand declined by 0.9%. France, Italy and Australia were the largest markets in this ranking, following the same order.
