Senegalese soap import is forecast to drop by 2.2% each year until 2026. In 2021, the country imported 1.5 million kilograms of soap, ranking it at 95th in the world. Mongolia was at the top of the list with 1.7 million kilograms. The United States, Czech Republic and Russia were the next three countries in the ranking. Senegalese soap export is also projected to decrease by 3.5% annually until 2026. In 2021, the country exported nearly 500 thousand kilograms, a 28.1% increase compared to 2001.
