India overtook Norway in 2021, with 4.66 million kilograms. The US, the Czech Republic and Russia took the second, third and fourth spots in the ranking, respectively. Norwegian exports of soap fell to 13,410 kilograms in 2021 from 16,500 kilograms in 2020, a decrease of 18.7% from the previous year. Since 1998, Norwegian exports have dropped 15.4% year-on-year. Norway was ranked fifteenth in 2021, with France in first place at 16,500 kilograms. The US, China and Spain respectively took the second, third and fourth spots in the ranking.
