Japan's imports of insulin are projected to grow 1.6% a year on average, reaching 1.58 million kilograms by 2026. Since 1993, Japanese demand has risen 3% annually. In 2021, Japan was in 7th place, with Spain ahead of it at 1.45 million kilograms. France, Germany and the United Kingdom were 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respectively.
