Moldavian paper import is projected to reach 14,020 metric tons by 2026. This is an increase of 2.2% on average each year since 2021, when the total import was 11,840 metric tons. Since 1997, the demand for paper in Moldavia has grown steadily by 0.4% year on year. Meanwhile, Moldavian paper export has seen a sharp decline in 2020. With 21 metric tons, it was 76.7% lower than the 90 metric tons exported in 2019. However, since 1999 the supply has risen by 21.3% year on year.
