Since 2006, Kazakhstani demand for the product has grown at an average rate of 1.4% per year. Kazakhstan was the 36th largest importer of Polyvinyl Chloride in 2021, behind the Czech Republic's 56 million kilograms. China, Italy, and Germany ranked 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respectively in this ranking.
