Demand for polyvinyl chloride in Cameroon is expected to increase by 1.7% each year over the next five years, reaching 5.7 million kilograms by 2026. The country has seen a 5.9% year-on-year growth since 2000 and was ranked 85th in 2021. Zimbabwe overtook Cameroon in 2021, at 5.1 million kilograms. China, Italy and Germany followed as the second, third and fourth largest importers, respectively.
