China, Italy and Germany followed, occupying the second, third and fourth positions respectively. New Zealand's Polyvinyl Chloride Export reached 119 kilograms in 2018, compared to 270 kilograms in 2017, which is a decrease of 56%. Since 1994, supply has fallen by 66%.
