Swedish exports of Polyvinyl Chloride are set to increase by 5% over the next five years, to 225 million kilograms in 2026. Swedish supply has been rising steadily since 2003, increasing by an average of 0.6% year-on-year. At the same time, Swedish imports of Polyvinyl Chloride are expected to grow by 3%, to 67 million kilograms in 2026. Since 1997, however, Swedish demand has been decreasing by an average of 0.1% year-on-year. In 2021, Sweden ranked 30th in terms of imports, with Saudi Arabia in first place, importing 65 million kilograms. China, Italy, and Germany followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
