Armenia is set to see a 4.1% year-on-year growth in methanol imports from 2021 to 2026, according to a new report. Currently, the country imports around 96,000 kilograms of methanol each year, with demand having risen by nearly 30% since 2004. Uganda is the largest importer of methanol in the region, with 4,300 kilograms imported in 2019, followed by Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United States.
