Kuwait's agricultural area is set to drop by 1.5% year on year on average until 2026, according to figures released this week. The agricultural area in Kuwait was 7,020 hectares in 2021, down 0.8% on the figure from 1966. This placed the country at 168th in the global rankings. The Bahamas came ahead of Kuwait at 7,670 hectares. India, Russia and China occupied the top three spots.
