Sales of animal feed in the Netherlands is set to reach €10 billion by 2026. This is an increase of 1.1% year-on-year from 2021's figure of €9.4 billion. Since 2013, the Dutch market has grown by an average of 3% year-on-year. The country ranked fourth in 2021, with Germany overtaking it at €9.4 billion. Germany, the Netherlands and France occupied the top three places in this ranking. Import of animal feed in the Netherlands is expected to reach 1.8 billion kilograms by 2026. This is an increase of 0.7% year-on-year from 2021's figure of 1.7 billion kilograms. Since 1997, Dutch demand has grown by 1.4% year-on-year. Germany, Belgium and Ireland were the second, third and fourth largest importers respectively. Export of animal feed in the Netherlands is set to reach 3.3 billion kilograms by 2026. This is an increase of 0.8% year-on-year from 2021's figure of 3.2 billion kilograms. Since 1997, Dutch supply has grown by 1.7% year-on-year. Germany, Belgium and the United States were the second, third and fourth largest exporters respectively.
