Russian animal feed exports are projected to reach approximately 71 million kilograms by 2028, up from about 63 million kilograms in 2023. This represents an annual growth rate of 1.9%. Since 2001, the country's supply has been increasing at an average rate of 3.6% per year. In 2023, Russia ranked 37th in global animal feed exports, with Ecuador slightly ahead at 63 million kilograms. Germany, Belgium, and the United States occupied the second, third, and fourth spots, respectively. On the import side, Russian animal feed imports are expected to decline to around 216 million kilograms by 2028, down from about 233 million kilograms in 2023. This marks a yearly decrease of 1.3% on average. Since 2001, Russian demand for animal feed has been decreasing at an annual rate of 1.1%.
