Since 2002, imports had declined by 30.3%, and exports by 83.7%, year-on-year. In 2018, Ghana ranked 88th in imports, with Bosnia and Herzegovina overtaking it. In exports, Ghana was 28th, with the Czech Republic overtaking it. China, the United States, and the United Kingdom ranked first, second and third respectively in both imports and exports.
