Work of art imports to Tanzania are set to reach around $302,000 by 2026, a dip of 2.6% year-on-year compared to 2021 when it was $343,000. Since 2000, Tanzanian demand has grown 8.7% annually. The country was ranked 85th in 2021, with Ukraine coming in higher at $342,840. The United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates took the next three spots in the ranking. Work of art exports from Tanzania are expected to reach about $3.4 million by 2026, a rise of 4.7% year-on-year from $2.5 million in 2021. Since 2002, Tanzanian supply has increased by 115.2% annually. The country was ranked 50th in 2021, with Malaysia ahead of it at $2.5 million. The United Kingdom, Switzerland and France came in second, third and fourth respectively.
