Since 1966, lamb production in Ecuador has increased by a modest 0.3% annually. In 2021, the country placed 87th on the list of lamb producers, with Rwanda coming ahead at 5,250 metric tons. Australia, New Zealand and Algeria placed second, third and fourth, respectively.
