Ukraine's lamb production is set to drop by 3.5% year-on-year by 2026, according to the latest figures. The country has seen a fall in supply of lamb since 1997, dropping by 3.7% year-on-year. In 2021, Ukraine was listed as the 77th largest producer of lamb at 5,700 metric tons, behind Ivory Coast who overtook them with 7,040 metric tons. Australia, New Zealand and Algeria were the top three producers, ranking 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
