The US Virgin Islands, Brazil, and Spain follow China in the ranking. Chinese pork consumption is expected to rise 0.4% on average each year, reaching 57.9 million metric tons by 2026. This is in line with the trend since 2017, when demand rose 0.4% year-on-year.
