Paraguay is set to see a 3.4% annual growth in polypropylene imports over the next five years, with the total reaching nearly 30 million kilograms by 2026. Since 1994, Paraguayan demand has risen 6.6% each year. It was ranked 64th in 2021, with Lebanon coming in highest with 23.9 million kilograms. Italy, Germany and Indonesia followed in second, third and fourth place respectively. Paraguay's polypropylene exports are expected to increase by 0.3% a year on average, reaching nearly 500,000 kilograms by 2026. Since 2006, the country's supply has grown 7.4% annually. In 2021, it was placed 73rd, with Guatemala ahead in first place at 472,000 kilograms. South Korea, Germany and Singapore were the runners-up in second, third and fourth respectively.
