Algeria's production of fertilizer is expected to reach 117,210 metric tons by 2026, with a 1.1% year-on-year CAGR. Since 2010, the market has jumped by 1.8% year-on-year. In 2021, the country was ranked 20th, overtaken by Venezuela at 109,540 metric tons. India, Vietnam and Indonesia placed 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively in the same ranking. In 2019, the country was ranked 90th, with Sri Lanka overtaking at 53 metric tons. Norway, Belgium and Finland came second, third and fourth in the same ranking.
