Cambodia's fertilizer import is set to reach 25,400 metric tons by 2026, according to data released by the United Nations. This is a 2.8% increase year-on-year, compared to 21,530 metric tons in 2021. Since 2007, Cambodian demand for fertilizer has risen by an average of 9.2% year-on-year. In 2021, Cambodia was ranked 81st in the world for fertilizer imports, overtaken by Burundi. Brazil, Spain and Thailand were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
