Brunei's imports of fertilizer dropped 27.5% in 2021 to just under 19 million metric tons, compared to 25.6 million metric tons in 2020. This is the first time in 14 years that demand has seen a decrease. Since 2007, Brunei has seen a 21.3% annual increase in fertilizer imports.
