Bulgaria's urea exports are set to fall by 8.2% year-on-year from 35 million kilograms in 2021 to around 21 million kilograms by 2026. This marks a decrease of 14.6% since 2001. The UK overtook Bulgaria in 2021, coming in at number 38 with 35 million kilograms. Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Iran were the next three countries on the list. Bulgarian urea imports are set to increase by 2.4% year-on-year from 317 million kilograms in 2021 to around 366 million kilograms by 2026. This marks a decrease of 2.2% since 2001. Ethiopia surpassed Bulgaria in 2021, coming in at number 26 with 317 million kilograms. India, Brazil and Thailand followed in the next three spots.
