Hungary is set to see an increase in its apple juice imports and exports over the next five years. In 2021, the country imported 15 million kilograms of apple juice, a 1.5% increase year-on-year on average since 1997. Saudi Arabia was the top importer, ahead of Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. Meanwhile, Hungary exported 75.7 million kilograms of apple juice in 2021, a 0.9% year-on-year growth. Austria was the leading exporter, followed by Poland, Germany and Italy.
