France, the United States, and Poland secured the second, third, and fourth positions, respectively. On the import front, Hungary is expected to receive around 134 million kilograms of pet food by 2028, up from about 115 million kilograms in 2023. This represents an average annual growth rate of 2.3%. Since 1997, Hungarian imports have risen by approximately 3.4% per year.
