Ethiopian Gelatin Imports are on the rise. In 2021, they reached 244,870 Kilograms, a 8% jump since 2002. This placed Ethiopia at number 63. Costa Rica was ahead with 284,000 Kilograms. Germany, the United Kingdom and Belgium respectively followed at 2, 3 and 4 in the rankings. The trend looks set to continue, with Ethiopian imports projected to reach around 285,000 Kilograms by 2026, growing at a rate of 2.5% year on year.
