Mauritian Gelatin Imports are set to decline in the coming years. In 2021, the country saw 7,740 Kilograms of imports, a decrease of 2.4% from the previous year. Since 1998, there has been a 10.3% year on year decline. Qatar overtook Mauritius in 2021 to take the number one spot in gelatin imports, with 8,940 Kilograms. Germany, the UK and Belgium followed respectively in second, third and fourth place.
