Kyrgyz imports of gelatin are expected to reach 52,000 kg by 2026, up from 41,000 kg in 2021. This represents an average annual growth rate of 3.8%. Germany, the UK and Belgium held the top three spots in that ranking. Kyrgyz exports of gelatin are forecast to fall to 72,000 kg by 2026 from 79,000 kg in 2021, at an average annual decline of 1.5%. Since 2009, the supply of gelatin from Kyrgyzstan has grown 7.4% a year. In 2021, the country ranked 46th in the world, with Guatemala overtaking it at 79,000 kg. Germany, Belgium and China occupied the next three spots on that list.
