Exports of Algerian fragrances have been declining since 1998. In 2021, the country was ranked 85th, with a total of 24,020 kilograms exported. This is a decrease of 2.8% compared to the previous year. Uganda was ahead of Algeria, with exports of 20,360 kilograms. The United Arab Emirates, Spain, and the United States were the top three exporters, respectively. By 2026, it is projected that Algerian fragrance exports will reach 20,360 kilograms, a 13.3% decrease from 1998.
