As of 2023, Slovakia ranks 66th globally in electricity generation. In comparison, Azerbaijan has slightly surpassed Slovakia, generating about 27.5 TWh. The top spots in global electricity generation are held by the United States, India, and Russia, which rank second, third, and fourth, respectively.
