In 2021, Switzerland was ranked 35th in terms of imports, with 69,190 kilograms overtaken by Iceland. Japan, South Korea and the United States were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Export of caviar from Switzerland is expected to fall by 3.9% year on year CAGR by 2026. Since 1993, the country has seen a 23.3% increase in supply. In 2021, Switzerland was ranked 47th, with 1,480 kilograms of caviar, overtaken by Ecuador. China, Kazakhstan and Germany were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
