Exports of Spanish caviar are projected to hit 284,940 kilograms by 2026, growing 2.3% per year on average from 245,500 kilograms in 2021. Since 1994, Spanish supply has increased 11.1% annually. In 2021, Spain was the fifteenth largest exporter, with Armenia surpassing it at 245,500 kilograms. China, Kazakhstan and Germany held the second, third and fourth spots respectively.
