Demand for Armenian caviar is set to reach 349,770 kilograms by 2026, a 5.6% year-on-year increase from 2021's 247,330 kilograms. Since 2009, the country's demand has risen 98.3% year-on-year. In 2021, Denmark was the biggest importer with 247,330 kilograms, followed by Japan, South Korea and the United States in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place respectively. Meanwhile, Armenian caviar export is set to reach 397,650 kilograms by 2026, a 5.3% year-on-year CAGR from 2021's 285,930 kilograms. Since 2007, the country's supply has risen 140.8% year-on-year. In 2021, Peru was the largest exporter with 285,930 kilograms, followed by China, Kazakhstan and Germany in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place respectively.
