Israel's caviar export is expected to decline 17.5% to around 2,230 kilograms by 2026. This is compared to 6,400 kilograms in 2021, representing a 1.2% year-on-year decrease since 2013. In 2021, Luxembourg surpassed Israel to become the 40th largest caviar exporter, while China, Kazakhstan and Germany ranked second, third and fourth respectively. Meanwhile, Israeli caviar import is forecast to reach 460,620 kilograms in 2026, up 2.1% from 400,600 kilograms in 2021. This marks a decrease of 1.9% since 2005. Kazakhstan ranked 15th in 2021, surpassing Israel's 400,600 kilograms. Japan, South Korea and the United States ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
