Lebanese demand for caviar is expected to reach 65,030 kilograms by 2026, up 2.3% on average annually from 55,750 kilograms in 2021. Since 2002, demand for caviar in Lebanon has grown by 1.5% each year. In 2021, the country ranked 39th globally, with Moldova ahead at 55,750 kilograms. Japan, South Korea, and the US were the top three countries in the ranking. Meanwhile, Lebanese supply of caviar is forecast to reach 126.14 kilograms by 2026, dropping by 3.3% annually on average from 151.05 kilograms in 2021. Since 2002, Lebanese caviar supply has increased by 5.6% annually. The country ranked 53rd globally in 2021, with Kyrgyzstan ahead at 151.05 kilograms. China, Kazakhstan, and Germany were the top three countries in the ranking.
