Montenegro's electrical equipment export is projected to decline slightly over the next five years. The export value is expected to drop from approximately $4.1 million in 2023 to around $4.08 million by 2028, marking an average annual decrease of 0.2%. This follows a trend observed since 2011, where exports have fallen by an average of 1.2% per year. Conversely, the country's import of electrical equipment is on an upward trajectory. Imports are forecasted to increase from about $297 million in 2023 to roughly $341 million by 2028, growing at an average annual rate of 2.2%. This continues a trend of rising demand that has seen imports grow by 2.4% annually since 2011.
