Kenya saw an increase in gas turbine imports over the past few years. From 2007 to 2018, supply grew by 3.4% annually. In 2018, Kenya was ranked 105th, with Cyprus coming in first with $5,500. France, Singapore, and Germany followed respectively in second, third, and fourth place. Gas turbine imports in Kenya also saw a dramatic increase in 2018. They rose from $3.6 million in 2017 to almost $7.6 million in 2018 - a 112.8% increase. Despite this, demand in the country has been decreasing since 1997, falling by 12.7% each year.
