The downward trend in gas turbine demand has been ongoing since 1999, with an average annual decrease of 21.1%. On the export front, Jordan saw a substantial increase in 2018. Gas turbine exports reached about $2,400, up 67% from $1,440 in 2017. However, despite this growth, the long-term trend tells a different story. Since 2000, Jordanian gas turbine exports have decreased by 65% annually.
